Information for Lecturers and Support Staff
Booking a Lab
Computer Labs are booked by the central room booking system; requests for bookings should be made to Room Bookings in Facilities Management via rooms@lboro.ac.uk; information on existing Lab bookings is available.
Projection Facilities
All major teaching labs are equipped with a screen projection device. Windows Labs also include LanSchool software, which allows the lecturer to take over the display on students' screens; you must request membership of the LanSchool Lecturers' group from our Service Desk to use this facility.
Sound Systems
Hearing loop systems for the hard of hearing and public address systems have been installed in our labs: N004/5, and LDS003 have PA systems and a Loop, SMB108/9, BE025, S006 have a Loop only. Lecturers should e-mail teachingsupport@lboro.ac.uk to book these facilities.
