Visitors to Loughborough University wishing to use eduroam and the JANET Roaming Service should, before coming to Loughborough, ensure that your home institution is part of eduroam / the JANET Roaming Service and, if so, what username and password you need to use. Loughborough supports eduroam Tier 2 and 3 using IEEE 802.1X authentication (WPA Enterprise) via the eduroam wireless SSID. A limited number of public access wired network sockets are also available, again using 802.1X for authentication.
Note that in addition to any acceptable use policies at your home institution, by using eduroam facilities at Loughborough University you are also agreeing to be bound by the Loughborough University Acceptable Use Policy.
