Outlook Web Access provides Web Access to E-mail / Calendar at https://email.lboro.ac.uk.
Outlook Web Access comes in two "flavours":

Premium - Fully featured, but only available with current versions of Internet Explorer.

Light - Cut-down version, works with all modern browsers. Use this version if you have a slow or problematic connection.
You will also be asked whether This is a public or shared computer or This is a private computer. For security reasons, choose the first option for a computer in an Internet cafe, or for a family computer shared by several people, or where the computer may not be fully patched and secured.
