I will present the main ideas of AQC, ground-state quantum computing (GSQC), the recent proof of equivalence between AQC and standard quantum computing due to Mizel, Lidar, and Mitchell (Phys. Rev. Lett. 99, 070502 (2007)), and discuss the feasibility of the implementation of (a limited version of) AQC with superconducting devices.
