Seminar: Stakeholders Achieving Value on Projects - 28 November 2011
The second seminar in the ESRC Seminar Series Cultural Issues for Project Organisations: Developing theory and practice, Stakeholders Achieving Value on Projects, allows delegates the opportunity to identify project stakeholders and their values and how they impact on project requirements and parameters yielding performance targets, constraints and expectations. Consequences of project realisation processes for incorporation and amendment of targets through power-plays of members of project temporary multi-organisations will be examined. Behavioural effects to improve effectiveness and efficiency, through reduced claims, opportunism and conflict will be addressed.
This seminar provides considerable networking opportunities for those interested in the issue of stakeholder value in projects.
It will also provide the opportunity for a number of cutting-edge new researchers to showcase their related research. For further information contact Professor Naomi Brookes (n.j.brookes@leeds.ac.uk).
