Bursaries and Scholarships |

For UK/EU Undergraduates:Departmental Merit-Based Scholarships for 2010 entryA scholarship of £1000 per year is offered to UK undergraduate students who apply with Loughborough as their first choice (ie hold a CF offer from Loughborough), obtain 360 points (AAA) at A level, and enrol on an MChem programme. The scholarship will be available for one year in the first instance. For UK/EU Postgraduates:Scholarships and Bursaries available:Funding is available to support UK/EU students on our taught MSc programmes. This includes full-fee scholarships and £1000 bursaries. The following bursaries are offered: For International Undergraduates:Chemistry BursaryBursaries of £1500 (fee reduction) are available to all self funded, non European-resident, International Students registered on a programme centered within the Department of Chemistry and who are not in receipt of a University or Faculty based Bursary or Scholarship. Exceptionally, Departmental scholarships up to £2500 may be awarded to particularly well-qualified or experienced applicants fulfilling the above requirements. For International Postgraduates:Postgraduate Chemistry BursaryThe Postgraduate Chemistry Bursary is awarded as
a 20% tuition fee reduction on registration. The Bursary will be awarded
to all full-time, self funded, non European-resident, International Students
who are not in receipt of a University based Bursary or Scholarship and
are registered on one of the following postgraduate programmes, centered
within the Department of Chemistry: There is no need to apply separately, as the bursary is awarded automatically to eligible international students on registration.
