Da Vinci - Health Technology Innovation Network
The Da Vinci Health Technology Innovation network brings together scientists, engineers, clinicians and industry to create ground-breaking improvements in patient care.
Da Vinci aims to encourage scientists, engineers and clinicians and SMEs to engage in open discussion about research innovations and clinical challenges.
The network has grown from discussions between clinicians at the University Hospitals of Leicester (UHL) and engineers at Loughborough University and now aims to stimulate knowledge exchange and innovation across the wider East Midlands region.
It aims to enable clinicians to find solutions to the challenges they face, scientists and engineers to advance their research with clinical insight and SMEs to exploit translational research and innovation.
The annual Da Vinci Health Technology Innovation Awards recognise scientists, engineers and clinicians working together to save lives and improve patient care.
Da Vinci welcomes members from research and healthcare organisations and industry throughout the East Midlands.
